Ryan Bodensteiner

Ryan Bodensteiner works with school districts, university partners, and other organizations to strengthen leadership and support organizational improvement.

A former teacher, principal, and assistant superintendent, Ryan brings extensive experience in educational leadership and a collaborative approach to his work. As CEEL's director, he supports partners in areas such as leadership development, culture and climate, mentoring, strategic planning, and program evaluation.
