Susan Dressler Martin, Director of Assessment & Technology Solutions (ATS) at The Achievement & Assessment Institute (AAI), has spent her entire career working in software development and integration. She leads a diverse team of professionals responsible for the Kite assessment system.  The team includes business analysts, developers, quality assurance, database administrators, architects, and service desk personnel who work as one team to ensure Kite successfully supports the assessment needs of students and educators.

With over 30 years experience in the Information Technology field, Mrs. Martin is a results-driven director who brings top-notch consulting and relationship management skills to address assessment needs. She successfully plans, manages and delivers projects from inception through delivery cultivating an atmosphere of collaboration and trust resulting in high client satisfaction scores.
